Now sweeping Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia

Checked from a datacenter, the fake store looks clean.
Checked from a phone in Bangkok, it takes the order.

Counterfeit storefronts serve their real content to local handsets and a sanitised page to everything else. That is how a global brand-protection programme runs for years without flagging a single one of them. SYLA looks from where your customer stands, files across the entire hosting chain at once, and tells you which party actually acted.

Free sweep, no contract · Nothing is filed without your written approval · We report who acted, not just that we sent something

The coverage gap

They are looking at a different internet than your customer.

This is a documented failure mode in the brand-protection industry, not our marketing claim: an analyst searching from a corporate datacenter IP may see a sanitised catalogue while the infringing listing stays live for customers in other countries — a gap that delays takedowns and lets repeat operators rebuild.

Scam infrastructure branches on geography, language and device. Our sweep resolves roughly 1,500 domain variants a day per brand and fetches each one with a local mobile profile and local language headers. We built that before we knew the gap had a name.

The genre is consistent across the region: brand‑thailand.com, brand‑sg.com — registered weeks ago, proxied behind a CDN, presenting as your official regional outlet. In a sweep of 36 brands, every single international brand with a Southeast Asian presence had at least one.

How it runs

Four steps, running daily, with a human decision in the middle.

[01]

Detect

Permutations of your brand across affixes and regional TLDs, resolved and fetched from a local mobile profile — because that is the page your customer is served.

[02]

Confirm

A lookalike is not an impersonator. Every candidate is reviewed by a person before it enters a report. We would rather miss one than get a real business suspended.

[03]

Attribute

Match the ad account, asset bucket and chat account behind the site. Those cost real money to replace. A domain costs three dollars — so we look for the operator, not the page.

[04]

File & chase

Every party in the chain, simultaneously, in their own register — then chase to an outcome and name who acted. A registry hold and a page unpublish are not the same result.

Why file everywhere at once? Because you cannot know in advance which party will move, and the responsive ones are usually two steps from the domain — the registry, the CDN, the page builder, the ad platform. Assembling eight filings in eight registers across eight jurisdictions inside an hour is the entire mechanism. It is also the part that does not scale with analysts, which is why we automate it.

Before you read the pricing

What we will and will not claim.

Everyone in this category sells guaranteed takedown. Nobody can guarantee it, because the decision belongs to a registry, a registrar, a host or a platform — never to the vendor. Here is the honest version, and it is also what our contract says.

We doWe do not
Find impersonating storefronts from inside your market, daily, on a local mobile profile.Guarantee that any specific site comes down, or within any specific time.
Give you dated, archived evidence a lawyer or a regulator can act on.Practise law, give legal advice, or file court proceedings.
File with every party in the hosting chain simultaneously, in your name and with your authority.File anything you have not approved in writing.
Report exactly which party acted, and what kind of action it was.Count a sent email as a result.
Escalate to Thai state channels where a case qualifies, and prepare the case file.Sell, promise or invoice for police or regulatory action. That is never ours to sell.
Refuse to report a site we believe is a legitimate business.File against a competitor, a reseller or a critic on request.
Pricing

Flat monthly. No per-takedown billing, ever.

Per-takedown pricing bills you hardest in the week you are under attack, which is the week you can least afford to hesitate. Every plan covers unlimited volume inside its scope. Cancel any time — we do not use annual lock-in to hold a client who wants to leave.

Questions we get

The awkward ones first.

Who are you?+

A small, specialist team in Bangkok. We built this after running the takedown of an estate of fake storefronts cloning a marketplace we operated — we went to the police first, were told nothing could be done, and then killed the estate ourselves in two days by filing across the whole hosting chain at once.

We are not going to show you a wall of client logos, because we are early and inventing them would be a strange way to start a trust relationship. Take the free sweep. It costs you an email and it tells you something true about your own brand.

We already pay a global brand-protection vendor. Why you?+

Because of the gap at the top of this page. Their detection is largely blind to sites that branch on geography, and Southeast Asia is where that branching is heaviest. Most clients run us alongside an incumbent rather than instead of one — we are narrow and local by design.

If your current vendor is already catching these, the free sweep will show that, and we will tell you so plainly and go away.

Can you guarantee a site comes down?+

No, and anyone who does is selling you something they do not control. The decision sits with a registry, a registrar, a host or a platform. What we control is coverage, speed and evidence quality — we file with every party at once, within hours, with the material that makes acting easy.

What we will promise is honesty about outcomes. If a filing produced nothing, your report says so.

Is any of this legal?+

Yes. Everything we collect is publicly available: DNS records, public registration data, and the pages the sites serve to any visitor. We file abuse reports through the published channels those companies operate for exactly this purpose. We do not access anything that is not public, and we do not attack infrastructure.

We act as your authorised reporting agent, on your written authority, for marks you own or are licensed to enforce.

What if you report a real business by mistake?+

That is the failure that would end this company, so it is the thing we are most careful about. Every candidate is reviewed by a person against a benign-business test before it can enter a report, and we will refuse to file against a site we think is legitimate even if you ask us to. A lookalike name is not impersonation.

Who actually needs to approve this internally?+

Usually one person: whoever owns the revenue number for the market being attacked. Our pricing is deliberately set below the level that triggers a procurement cycle, because the person who feels this problem is almost never the person who controls a global brand-protection budget.

If you do need to take it upstairs, the exposure report is built to be forwarded — your brand, live URLs, dates, evidence, on one page.
